Besides a new EffiShunter 1000 loco for Italian operator ERMES Rail, numbered 744 182-7, two 741.7 locos were sent to Italy by CZ LOKO in early-November. Italian company Scala Virgilio & Figli had placed an order for them in late-2023. The two locos in question are 741 768-6 and 741 769-4, which had previously been leased out to Liberty Ostrava a.s. as 741 713 and 712 respectively until the company's bankruptcy.
CZ LOKO received another order for the EffiShunter 1000 type. CEPRO has decided to purchase two locomotives with deliveries planned for late-2024/early-2025 (loco 1) and 2025 (loco 2).
At London, King's Cross station GBRf 66312 was named Nigel Harris on November 4th.
On its social media, CZ Loko shares a new operator for the EffiShunter 1000 type: Hrochostroj. Currently under construction and numbered 744 161-1, the loco is set to join the Hrochostroj fleet in the summer of 2024 in what looks to become a black, purple and yellow livery. Hrochostroj is a relatively young Czech company, providing railway construction services in the Czech Republic.
