Today, HHPI 29008 was sighted at the Kijfhoek shunting yard in the Netherlands. It's the first time that a PowerHaul locomotive visits this country. Homologation for the Netherlands is foreseen by GE Transportation and in that light it will be performing detection runs between Utrecht and Maarn the coming week.
Bruno Batenburg was able to make a quick shot while passing the yard by train. John Liekens captured the loco on transport in Belgium.
