Rail & Sea is not new when it comes to EuroRunner diesel locomotives. The company already had Beacon Rail (223-003) and SETG (ER 20-02) owned examples in operation in Croatie (and Slovenia). Now, the company has started operations with its first, self-owned loco: 223-007. The loco was previously owned by MRCE and was the last of its type in MRCE's fleet. All other ER20 locos were sold to different companies, with the majority having been sold to Beacon Rail.
